1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 1plus77 ("1plus77", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 1plus77 online gaming platform accessible at https://1plus77.app and all related services, games, promotions, and features offered therein.

By creating a 1plus77 account, logging in to an existing account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing the platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. These Terms take effect from the date of your first interaction with the 1plus77 platform.

These Terms are supplemented by the 1plus77 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 1plus77. Where any inconsistency exists between these documents, these Terms prevail.

2 Eligibility

To register and use 1plus77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 1plus77 does not permit access by persons under 21 years old under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. The platform is primarily designed for use within the Philippines.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from 1plus77 or voluntarily self-excluded under the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• You must be registering entirely on your own behalf — not on behalf of any third party, business, or organisation.
• You must be of sound mind and not acting under the influence of external pressure in relation to your gaming activity.

1plus77 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility will result in account suspension pending review. Accounts found to have been opened by ineligible users will be closed and any outstanding balances handled per Section 9 of these Terms.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on 1plus77. Opening, attempting to open, or maintaining more than one account — whether under your own name, a different name, a different email address, or via a different device — is strictly prohibited.

When registering your 1plus77 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information in all fields of the registration form
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential and not share them with any other person
• Notify 1plus77 immediately via support@1plus77.app if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• Update your account details promptly if any information changes after registration

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your 1plus77 account, whether or not authorised by you. 1plus77 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain appropriate security of your credentials.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

1plus77 is required under Philippine gaming regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds, and may also request verification at any point during your use of the platform. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC").

When requested, you agree to provide the following documentation promptly and in legible form:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, PhilSys national ID, SSS card, UMID, driver's licence, or Voter's ID)
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of your GCash or Maya account showing your registered name)
• Any additional documentation 1plus77 reasonably requests for compliance purposes

Failure to complete KYC verification within 14 days of a request being issued will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed. 1plus77 will not process any withdrawal to a payment method that does not match the verified account holder name.

All KYC documents submitted to 1plus77 are processed securely and handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Documents are not shared with third parties except where required by law.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits. 1plus77 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank Online, InstaPay, PESONet, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 1plus77 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits are credited to your 1plus77 wallet immediately or within a few minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, please contact support at support@1plus77.app with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be verified (KYC complete) for withdrawals above ₱5,000
• The withdrawal method must match the name on your 1plus77 account
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before bonus-linked funds can be withdrawn
• A minimum withdrawal amount of ₱100 applies

GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed same-day under normal operating conditions, typically within two to six hours. Bank transfers via InstaPay are generally completed within one business day. PESONet transfers may take up to two business days. 1plus77 does not guarantee specific processing times as these are partly dependent on third-party payment providers.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

1plus77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated on each individual promotion page:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, verified 1plus77 account holders only. One bonus per player per promotion, unless otherwise stated.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the minimum amount you must wager before bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated on the relevant promotion page, typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 15x means you must wager the bonus amount fifteen times).
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• Bonuses expire after the period stated on each promotion page. Expired bonus balances and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• 1plus77 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will not affect bonus balances already accepted and subject to wagering requirements at the time of the change.
• Using bonus funds to circumvent terms, including through low-risk or system betting, may result in bonus cancellation and potentially account review.

7 Referral Program

The 1plus77 Refer a Friend program allows registered players to earn rewards when they invite others to join the platform. The following terms apply specifically to the referral program:

• A qualifying referral is a new player who registers via your unique referral link and makes a first qualifying deposit within 30 days of registration.
• Referral bonuses are credited to your 1plus77 wallet within 24 hours of the qualifying condition being met.
• Self-referrals — referring yourself using a second account, a different email, or a different device — are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of both accounts involved.
• 1plus77 reserves the right to withhold referral bonuses where there is reasonable evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: referring multiple accounts from the same household, device, or IP address for the purpose of farming referral rewards.
• The 5% lifetime commission on referred player deposits is subject to both accounts remaining in good standing. Commission is calculated on net deposits after any charged fees and does not apply to bonus deposits.
• Referral program rates and structures are subject to change with reasonable notice from 1plus77. Changes do not affect commissions already earned and pending payment at the time of the change.

8 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

1plus77 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, or legal action where applicable:

• Cheating: Using any software, tool, strategy, or method that provides an unfair advantage over other players or over the platform, including card-marking software, real-time analysis tools, or external probability calculators not permitted by the game format.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in a manner that gives your combined group an unfair advantage, including — but not limited to — sharing card information in multiplayer games, coordinating bets, or intentionally losing to a specific player to transfer funds.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any person other than the registered account holder to access or operate your 1plus77 account, regardless of whether for gaming, wagering, or promotional purposes.
• Money Laundering: Using 1plus77 as a vehicle for processing funds from illegal activities. 1plus77 is obligated to report suspicious activity to applicable authorities and cooperates fully with investigations.
• Exploitation of Errors: Taking advantage of platform glitches, pricing errors, or software bugs to place wagers or generate outcomes that would not be available under normal platform operation. Any winnings derived from exploitable errors are void and will be reversed.
• Abuse of Promotions: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, or otherwise systematically exploiting promotional structures in a manner inconsistent with genuine gaming activity.
• Threatening or Abusive Behaviour: Any threatening, harassing, or abusive communication directed at 1plus77 staff or other players through any channel.

1plus77 uses automated systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, 1plus77 will close the account, void all associated bets and bonuses, and retain any outstanding balance pending investigation.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

Suspension by 1plus77. 1plus77 may suspend your account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms, including during an ongoing investigation. During suspension, you will not be able to log in, deposit, wager, or withdraw. 1plus77 will notify you of a suspension and the reason for it unless doing so would compromise an investigation.

Permanent Closure by 1plus77. 1plus77 may permanently close your account where:

• A breach of these Terms is confirmed following investigation
• Your account is found to be held by an ineligible person (e.g., a minor)
• You have provided materially false information during registration or KYC
• You have been identified as the subject of applicable sanctions or watchlist checks
• Continued operation of your account poses a compliance or reputational risk to 1plus77

Where an account is closed for breach of Terms, 1plus77 reserves the right to retain the account balance. Where an account is closed for non-breach reasons (e.g., regulatory compliance), the real money balance will be returned to your verified payment method after due process.

Closure by Player. You may request closure of your 1plus77 account at any time by contacting support@1plus77.app. Account closure requests are processed within five business days. Any real money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method after applicable withdrawal processing times.

10 Responsible Gaming

1plus77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit to your 1plus77 account. Limits take effect immediately and can be reduced at any time. Increases to existing limits require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Limits: Set a maximum duration per gaming session after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from 1plus77 for a period of 1 to 42 days. During a cooling-off period, your account remains open but you cannot deposit or wager. The cooling-off period cannot be reversed once activated.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from 1plus77. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period (minimum six months) and cannot be lifted early under any circumstances.

In summary, 1plus77:

• Collects personal data necessary for account registration, KYC, payment processing, and customer support

• Shares data with regulated payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory authorities where required
• Stores data securely using industry-standard encryption
• Retains data for the period required by applicable Philippine regulations, which may extend beyond account closure

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 1plus77's liability to you arising from or in connection with your use of the platform is limited as follows:

• 1plus77 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss of data, even if 1plus77 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• 1plus77 is not responsible for failures or delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, telecommunications failures, internet disruptions, payment provider outages, or force majeure events.
• Game outcomes at 1plus77 are determined by certified Random Number Generators or by real-time player activity in the case of player-versus-player games. 1plus77 makes no representations about the likelihood of winning outcomes on any game.
• Where a technical error results in an incorrect game outcome or payout, 1plus77 reserves the right to reverse the erroneous outcome and reinstate the correct one, including reversing any resulting balance changes in your account.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 1plus77's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by its gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

13 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of 1plus77 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact 1plus77 at support@1plus77.app and allow a period of 30 days for the dispute to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. This requirement does not affect your right to seek urgent injunctive relief where necessary to prevent irreversible harm.

If a dispute relates to the outcome of a game or wager, 1plus77 will conduct an internal review and provide a written response within 14 business days of receiving a formal complaint. The results of certified RNG-determined game outcomes are treated as final absent evidence of technical error.

14 Amendments to These Terms

1plus77 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 1plus77 will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• Display a notice on the 1plus77 platform for a minimum of seven days prior to the changes taking effect
• Send a notification to your registered email address where the changes are significant

Your continued use of 1plus77 after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendments, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 9.

Minor changes — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the meaning, or updated contact details — may be made without prior notice and are effective immediately upon posting.
